Modern Jive Workshops

 Our new PRIVATE WORKSHOPS run throughout the year in various locations.

So what is a Private Workshop?

Our aim with a Private Workshop is "to provide a intimate dance workshop with a private lesson feel".

Many of us would like to have private one-to-one lessons with a dance teacher but it could work out quite costly.  On the flip side a number of dancers have said that they have been on workshops where there have been about 20 couples and it really is the same as being in a class with no individual attention.

Therefore our Private Workshop will only have approximately 6 couples on each afternoon thus guaranteeing you individual attention from the teachers.

With a limited number of dancers the atmosphere is very relaxed and teachers are able to spend time developing basic styles and techniques.

We appreciate that times are difficult at the moment so we are introducing these Private Workshops at just £20 per person with free squash, teas & coffees.

You can book on with a partner or book on your own and move around as in a normal class.  If you wish to stay together please advise us at the time of booking.  Please note due to the small numbers we will require advance payment for the workshop to guarantee your space.

 We have the following private workshops booked at the Catholic Hall in Thatcham on a Sunday afternoon from 1pm - 5pm.

Double Trouble (any combination of 3 people dancing together!)

Availability:  4 mens + 2 ladies spaces available
