Payment

We accept cheques and all the major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta). Please note that if paying by credit/debit card "the Complete Works Entertainment Limited" or "CWE ltd" will appear on your credit card or bank statement.

If sending by post cheques should be made payable to “Ginger Jive” and be supported by a guarantee card. (Details on back of cheque)

Please be aware that we do not hold large quantities of stock and cannot guarantee full stock availability. We will not charge your credit/debit card until your order has been confirmed.  We have tried our utmost to portray the colour of our item accurately, but there might be some slight photographic variations. Some items may vary in colour and style.

Online Tickets Sales

Tickets are available online at the advance price (plus any admin or credit card charges) for events, freestyles and workshops.  Please note that the workshops can only be paid for via the internet once a place has been officialy confirmed in advance by Ginger Jive. 
Tickets for events and freestyles can only be purchased via the internet upto 24 hours prior to the event.

Refunds

Events, Freestyles & Workshops.  Refunds are only available upto 7 days prior to the event date.  Please note that admin & credit card charges will not be refunded. 

On-line learning & Ginger Pages.  Please note that refunds are not available for these two services.  Therefore please make sure you are satisfied before continuing with your purchase.
