Delivery times and charges
If there is a delay with the despatch of your order, we will call you or e-mail, so you can let us know if you would still like to go ahead with your order.
Please note there maybe be an admin and/or shipping/postage fee added to your purchase. This will be shown at the checkout. Please make sure you are satisfied before continuing with your purchase.
Faulty goods
If you are returning an item that is faulty, please state the fault clearly and let us know if you would like a replacement or refund. Faulty goods should be returned within 28 days of purchase.
